If you’ve been to a Sumner REALTORS®’ Code of Ethics class recently, you will recognize our preferred partner spotlight! Todd Sholar, of Smith.Sholar.Milliken, supports our association through teaching popular classes. In 2021 alone, Todd taught 8 classes! The team at Smith.Sholar.Milliken generously sponsors association events, from community outreach programming, to member mixers, they show up for our REALTORS! Though Todd does the teaching, it’s common to see Marketing Director, Dana Kemp, around the association serving on our community outreach committee or bringing by breakfast for a class they are sponsoring. Smith.Sholar.Milliken has fully sponsored both semesters of the New REALTOR® Academy, allowing the 6-month training program to be completely free for the 27 graduates, and Attorney, Preston Matthews, has joined us for some of those classes.
