Shaun Lyons

Shaun Lyons is a dedicated professional in the mortgage and real estate industry, currently serving as the Branch Manager at Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. Hendersonville. He attended Fredonia State University in New York with a focus in marketing and finance. Shaun began his career at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, where his dedication and excellent service earned him a top managerial position over nine years.
Embracing new challenges, Shaun relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, and entered the mortgage business. As a mortgage broker, he became a nationally ranked top producer and an expert in various loan types, including hard money lending, conventional, government, commercial, renovation, construction, and development loans. Shaun then spent time with a major lender before joining Primary Residential Mortgage, where he provides exceptional customer service and successfully handles all mortgage needs. Additionally, Shaun dedicated time to learning about cryptocurrency, developing a course to educate others on the intricacies of crypto in real estate transactions.
Beyond his professional achievements, Shaun is deeply committed to his community. He is an active member of Sumner Realtors, serves on the board at Grace Place, and Habitat for Humanity of Sumner County. He is also an avid supporter of the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce and RPAC (REALTORS® Political Action Committee). Shaun is also a passionate advocate for the Foster Family Network, working tirelessly to support foster families and children in need.
Shaun has been married to his wife Colleen for over 25 years, and they have a son, Kyle, and two daughters, Chelsea and Marrissa. He is also a proud grandfather who cherishes time with his grandchildren. In his free time, Shaun enjoys playing drums at his local church and staying active through exercise.
