As a dedicated leader with a deep commitment to our local real estate community, I am honored to be nominated for a position on the Board of Directors at our esteemed Sumner REALTOR Association. My journey has always been guided by a core philosophy of leadership that centers on truth, transparency, and authenticity. I have always believed in the power of leading by

example, building strong, collaborative teams, and amplifying the voices of others.

In leading by example and striving to set high standards for myself and those around me, the reward has been peaceful and priceless. My approach to personal and business is rooted in building strong, trust-based relationships with family, friends, clients and colleagues alike. By fostering open communication and delivering honest, straightforward advice, I aim to amplify the

integrity and professionalism of our industry.

I believe that effective leadership involves not just steering the ship but empowering others to achieve their best. Through my work, I’ve consistently demonstrated a commitment to transparency, ensuring that every transaction is conducted with the utmost clarity and ethical consideration. My goal is to bring this same level of integrity to the Board of Directors, working collaboratively to advance our association’s mission and enhance the value we provide to our members and the community.
